The essence of a diet is the refusal to eat solid foods, that is, to consume only liquids. This diet will save us completely from chewing addiction (after all, we chew constantly - when we sit in front of the computer, watch TV). Its motto is "if you want to eat, drink water".

Ingestion regime: you will need to drink up to 1. 5 liters of pure water per day.

How to follow a diet

If you had a lot of weight before the diet, then, three days before starting the diet, reduce your daily calorie intake to 1200 kcal.

Drinks allowed

  • homemade broth,

  • meat, fish, vegetables, chicken stock,

  • freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice,

  • unsweetened tea,

  • is ​​only suitable for healthy people,

  • when following a drinking diet, weakness, apathy, fatigue may appear,

  • after the end of the diet, solid foods should be introduced gradually, as the gastrointestinal tract after consuming only liquids cannot digest rough foods.

  • if you start eating a lot immediately after the diet is over, your previous weight may return,

  • during the period of adherence to a drink food diet in the body there is a deficiency of vitamins, therefore, it is necessary to take a mineral-vitamin complex.

There are 2 options for the drink diet depending on the duration: a heavy drink diet (30 days) and a light drink diet (7 days).

Important! When following a restricted diet, you should know that it can disrupt the body's metabolism.

The diet of a light diet includes: water (at least 1. 5 liters per day), tea, jam, jam, low-fat broth, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice, low-fat milkshakefat (up to 2% fat), cocoa, sometimes you can use it - smoothies, liquid soup - puree.

You can independently determine how long you adhere to the diet (for example: you will be watching it for fifteen days and spending the same amount on leaving the diet).

30 day drink diet menu

Rigid diet to drink - liquids only. Designed for 30 days:

Have breakfast: 1 glass of nonfat yogurt

2nd breakfast: freshly squeezed orange juice,

Lunch: vegetable puree soup (Preparation: take 1 liter of skim broth, vegetables - potatoes, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions. in the puree with a blender. The consistency should be similar to kefir), a glass ofgreen tea,

The correct way out of the diet

The exit should be gradual: if you have been on a diet for 30 days, the exit should take two months.

First, we introduce a viscous liquid porridge into the diet.

From the 2nd week onwards you can eat porridge for lunch. For breakfast we eat - an egg or a sandwich with cheese, and for dinner, we use liquid.

Since the beginning of the 3rd week - we eat liquids for breakfast, lunch with porridge and dinner with fresh vegetables and fruits.

Avoid heavy physical activity, as this requires a lot of energy and a lot of calories. Otherwise, you will be worried about not feeling well, you may even interrupt the diet.

During the diet period, you can do morning exercises, swing your abdomen, rotate the bow for thirty minutes.

Also, you need to peel, wrap. Otherwise, the skin will be flabby.

Drinking diet results

The results of the diet are impressive. In 7 days, you can lose five pounds without harming your health. In a month, you can lose ten to fifteen pounds.

Many doctors consider the beverage diet harmful to the body. And they propose to observe fasting days instead of five to six times a month.

But the analysis of the diet of ordinary people is mostly positive.

The diet can only be repeated after one year, that is, it can be followed at most once a year.
